Exciting design ideas drive every project. It all starts with our listening and idea session.

STEP ONE: "Discovery Consultation" - Meet Donny and DeAnn our proud owners to discuss your project. We call this the “discovery phase” where we will work with you to understand your dream and how we can help make it work with your budget. This is a collaborative session where we'll establish the scope, your space needs, design preferences and personal details to bring your vision to life.

Whether you're building on your own land or looking for the perfect lot we're here to help. We work closely with licensed Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Texas that are in the business of procuring land in the most desirable areas.

STEP TWO: "Conceptual Design" - This step is when our design team transforms your ideas into a preliminary schematic floor plan. Your estimated budget range is revised to reflect the accepted plan and a chart of allowances is created for the selection process that follows. Specific code or structural issues will be assessed and resolved at this stage.

STEP THREE: "Design Development"- Is where selections and specifications are finalized to complete the bid process. A full set of construction plans are created to maximize design, innovation and value engineering to meet your budget. Upon completion, a final construction agreement is presented for your approval.

STEP FOUR: "The Build"- Is when the Valiant Custom Builders construction team transforms your plans into reality. Our project managers work daily to ensure everything moves smoothly. *Length of process depends on material availability and size of project. Throughout the construction phase, you will be kept involved with consistent communication, progress updates, and on-site milestone meetings.

Our warranty provides a 2 year Fit & Finish protection covering the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in your home. We also provide a 10 year structural warranty.
